Photography Guidelines

Personal photography is permitted in The Gardens during regular operating hours. Photographers may only carry a small hand-held camera. Additional photography equipment and props must be pre-approved by The Garden Facility Rental Department. Wardrobe changes are not permitted. Areas or pathways within The Gardens may not be obstructed or closed off to other visitors.​​

All professional photographers must hold a FPSLBG Business Membership and possess liability insurance. A Certificate of liability insurance is required and must show the City of Port St. Lucie, Friends of the Port St. Lucie Botanical Gardens, and their successors and/or assigns as additional insured.

All private/commercial photographer sessions must be scheduled in advance with our Facility Rental Department and are $15.00 per session, payable on-site. After-hours sessions are available on the second Monday and third Thursday of each month, from 5 p.m. to sunset. Please email events@pslbg.org or call 772.337.1959 for session availability. Photographers without an appointment will be turned away.
