CEREMONY ONLY

This includes:

• Choice of ceremony site for 3 hours
• Garden’s Property Manager
• Up to 100 Chairs set up and breakdown

Plus:

• Florida sales tax
• Refundable deposit
• Minimum special event general liability insurance for tenant usage. (non-Refundable)

*Premium dates for added fee, Event Facilitator can help you with identifying these dates. Earlier set up can be discussed for added fee.

CEREMONY & RECEPTION/ RECEPTIONS

Ceremony/Reception times from 4pm to 10pm
Pavilion is available for set up at 1pm*

This includes:

• Ceremony package plus
• Pavilion
• Catering kitchen
• Waterfront Veranda and Promenade
• Garden walking paths
• Table and Chairs indoors set up and breakdown

Plus:

• Florida sales tax
• Alcohol Beverage Permit (IF APPLICABLE)
• Minimum special event general liability insurance for tenant usage. (non-Refundable)

We also offer rental of the following for an addition fees:

• Arbor
• 6 High Top Tables
• Curtain lights
• TV Rental (Video/Slide Shows)*Pavilion only

We do not provide tents, linens or other party items. We do provide tables and chairs. All caterers, DJ’s and/or bartenders must be licensed and insured through the State of Florida. We must receive those certificates of proof of insurance one month prior to your event.
